D. Matthew Millar is a former parliamentary journalist specialising in defence, international relations, and national security who has appeared on BBC, CNN, CCTV, NPR and TVP World. His work has been featured in The Guardian, New York Times, and National Post. He is an elected member of the IISS, RIIA (Chatham House), Royal Economic Society and RUSI. He is the Founder and Publisher of the Journal of Geoeconomics, and leads a corporation engaging in public-private cooperation and international trade on four continents.
