Kari Odermann is a Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), a political analyst and communication specialist with a focus on security and development. She advises governments, ministries, and research institutions on using new technology to reach and engage citizens. Through her digital brand “Dr K,” she demonstrates how information- and policy-based content can effectively operate within algorithm-driven information systems. With content on security, global affairs, democratic resilience, disinformation, and political education, she reaches millions annually. She received her Dr. rer. phil. from the Free University of Berlin, was a Fulbright and Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar, and has held political mandates in both the United States and Germany.
