
Jason Emert, Esq.
Jason Emert is a national security lawyer and founding board member of the Alliance for Global Security (AGS). He serves as "Of Counsel" with the global law firm Blank Rome LLP, focusing on international litigation, arbitration, government affairs, and foreign relations. Jason is also an adjunct professor of International Law at Lincoln Memorial University and a legal specialist for the ABA Rule of Law Initiative.
In addition to his legal career, Jason is a captain in the United States Air Force, serving in the Tennessee Air National Guard. He remains actively involved in his community as Chairman of the Public Building Authority, a member of the Executive Committee of American Legion Post 13, and as a board member for the Maryville Little League and the Historic College Hill Neighborhood Association.
A former Chairman of the Young Republican National Federation, Jason has been recognized for his political leadership through numerous programs, including the American Swiss Foundation Young Leaders Conference and Maverick PAC’s Future 40.
Jason earned his law degree from the University of Miami, a master’s degree from the University of Louisiana, and a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University, where he was a starting punter for the Saluki football team.
