General (Ret.) Frank McKenzie is the Executive Director of Cyber Florida and the University of South Florida’s Global and National Security Institute. He previously served as Commander of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), culminating a 42-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps. A strategic leader with deep experience across the Middle East and global defense planning, he is a Distinguished Fellow at JINSA, and serves on several national security advisory bodies focused on U.S. resilience, applied engineering, and global engagement.
