Ewa Herbik is a seasoned banking and financial strategy professional with over 20 years of experience in financial services, including six years in the United States. Currently a Director of Strategy at Deloitte, she has led initiatives that address client and regulatory needs through innovative, customer-centric, and technology-driven solutions. Her expertise includes protecting bank and client assets from cyber threats and other forms of financial crime.
Previously, Ewa worked in New York as part of PwC’s strategic consulting team, focusing on market and sector analysis for global corporations. In Warsaw, she supported banking and telecommunications clients at McKinsey & Company. She also held leadership roles at UniCredit and Bank Pekao SA, where she specialized in private and wealth banking strategies, product portfolio management, and commercial client support.
Ewa holds an MBA with a specialization in finance and marketing from Harvard Business School (2001), and a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics and Modern Languages from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. She attended high school at United World Colleges’ New Mexico campus, where she first developed a passion for international collaboration and leadership.
