Daniel Saka Mbumba is an independent consultant and strategic advisor with 15 years of international experience spanning management consulting and investment banking. He connects Francophone Africa to global markets, leveraging regional insight and financial regulation expertise to help clients de-risk investments and access capital. Previously, he served as Financial Security Risk Manager at BNP Paribas Investment Bank, enhancing compliance with international sanctions across its New York and Paris offices. Earlier, as a Management Consultant at BearingPoint in Paris, he led digital and operational transformation projects for clients in banking, energy, retail, and the public sector. He holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, with a focus on international development and infrastructure investment, and an MSc in Statistics and Software Engineering from Polytech’Lille in France.
