Antonia Ferrier is the founder of En Avant Strategies, where she advises political leaders, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofit organizations on strategy, innovation, and resilience. She previously served as Vice President of External Affairs at the International Republican Institute (IRI), where she led global engagement, media, and fundraising efforts. A former senior U.S. Senate strategist, Antonia directed communications for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and held key roles with the Senate Finance Committee and House Republican leadership. She is a Fellow at Georgetown University’s Institute of Politics, a board member of the Yale Campaign School, and a contributing editor at The National Interest.
